In this unique experience, Ryleigh will guide you through mindful, breath-centered Pilates to prepare the body, while Gracie will lead a powerful Hypnobreathwork session to open the mind and spirit. Together, these practices create a space for true transformation – releasing what no longer serves you and stepping into your fullest, most aligned self.

Breathwork is the act of conscious, active breathing and is one of the most powerful tools we have as humans. The best part? It's accessible to nearly everyone. All you have to do is find awareness with the breath. Using conscious breathing techniques, we can both stimulate and regulate the nervous system. Through a variety of techniques, we can awaken dormant parts of the brain and begin to somatically release emotions or traumas that are lying repressed within our bodies. From there, we can reprogram the mind.
In Pilates & Breathwork, Gracie will guide you through a cutting-edge modality called HypnoBreathwork, which is derived from holotropic breathwork and designed specifically to help dissolve limiting beliefs and guide you toward your highest, most aligned version of you. To do so, we will use a consistent breath pattern, hypnotic cues, and visioning to create an intuitive and vibrant path forward.
Pilates is more than just movement – it is a practice of presence, breath, and intentional alignment. Rooted in both functional strength and deep inner awareness, Pilates was developed to create a balanced body, mind, and spirit. At its core, this method strengthens the body from within, focusing on controlled movements that enhance flexibility, stability, and core integrity.
But Pilates is also a journey inward. It teaches us to move with mindfulness, to connect with breath in a way that restores our nervous systems, and to build strength not just in our muscles, but in our energy. Each movement is a conversation between body and breath, a practice of awareness that extends beyond the mat and into daily life.
Gracie is a cancer navigator on a mission to help others recognize their bodies as homes and process the challenges that cause us to feel disembodied, disconnected, or unsafe. Because of her lived and learned experience journeying through the world of chronic illness, she has a unique perspective that allows her to effectively guide you through personalized and transformative sessions that help you tap back into a grounded state of self-trust and empowerment. Using the powerful modality of Hypnobreathwork - a cutting edge combination of Breathwork, Hypnosis, and Visioning - alongside the ancient wisdom within all of us by tapping into a state of embodiment, together, we can identify blocks, reprogram limiting beliefs, process stored emotions, access the intuition, and stimulate clarity to gain insights on actionable steps toward healing, whatever that may look like for you.
Ryleigh aims to approach Pilates holistically – honoring the classical method created by Joseph Pilates while integrating contemporary ideas, mindful breathwork, and energy alignment. Through each session, you’ll experience a blend of precision and flow, activating deep postural muscles, enhancing mobility, and cultivating a sense of inner peace. Whether you are here to build strength, release tension, or realign with yourself, Pilates and the breath are tools for transformation – physically, mentally, and energetically.

Join us for one or two virtual Pilates and breathwork sessions to allow us to arrive in presence, connect more deeply to our internal landscapes, tap into our intuitions, and align with our manifestations. We will harness the power of mindful movement and a breath focused mat Pilates flow, followed by an experiential HypnoBreathwork session to redirect your energy towards achieving your ultimate desires.
